How much will Storage cost? And size.

The cost of a storage space is $25 + GST per week. We have made all the storage spaces the same size 3.3 meter wide with being able to host up to 11 meter long units.

What can I store?

If it rolls on wheels, we can store it. Vehicles, trailers, boats, caravans, mini vans, campers, buses, just ask us.

What can’t I store?

You must not store any food items or perishables. Also, you cannot store hazardous, dangerous, illegal or stolen goods or goods that are environmentally harmful, explosive or combustible. This includes gas bottles, petrol and petrol cannisters, oils, solvents, drugs and drug associated chemicals.

Who has access to storage area?

Yourself and whoever you nominate. Only those persons whose name you have included on the lease and also other lessees.

What security features are there?

  • CCTV camera surveillance throughout compound and entrance area

  • Electronically controlled gate

  • 6m entrance/exit gate for ease of access

  • 2.5m perimeter fence with good lighting throughout

What time can I go to my storage?

Your access your equipment 24 hours a day, every day of the year for your convenience through using you access control code which is issued to you with your storage rental purchase.

How long can I store for?

An indefinite period. As long as you are paying the rent, the storage space is yours.

What is the minimum time period for storage?

The minimum hire period is 1 month. You do not have to stay the whole month but there is no refund on the first months’ rent.  Exceptions are sometimes made in some circumstances.

Do I need to book a storage site?

Mostly it pays to book as in some period’s as storage spaces may not always available. By letting us know prior to your requirements this makes it hassle-free and secure. It costs nothing to reserve a space. It is also possible to move in the same day as long as we have the space available.

What if I move out early?

A 7-day notice period is required of your intention to vacate.  A full refund is made back to you for the unused days of any prepaid period, after the first month.
Your Bond is refunded by direct credit to your bank account after an inspection of vacant site.

Is my equipment Insured while in Storage?

Insurance is your own responsibility as we have no idea of the value of your goods.  We do say if your items are worth storing, they are most probably worth insuring.

What is required to set up my Storage?

To commence the lease, you will be required to sign a Lease Agreement. You will need to provide us with current ID, address and contact details and to pay the first month’s rent upfront, along with a $25.00 refundable bond as per our T&C’s. We also request for a copy of the insurance document header containing: vehicle owners name, address, whom the insurer provider and policy date.

Where are you located?

We are at 61 Ranzau road west, Hope, Tasman 7081. It’s just a short 5-minute drive south of Richmond via state highway 6.  There is a map located on our website and Facebook page.

*When storing a vehicle here we require that you provide proof of ownership and it is the customer's responsibility to be insured. Customer's goods are not automatically insured when being stored.
